What shows up in it

Why this exists

New IBS research and community discussion shows up constantly, scattered across medical journals, forums, and social media — and most of it is written for doctors, not for the people actually dealing with the symptoms. I read through it anyway, because I have IBS too. This is the short version of what I find, so you don't have to go dig through it yourself.

Not the same as the free meal plan. The 7-day meal plan is a separate, one-time download. This page is for the ongoing weekly email — you can get one, the other, or both.

This Week in Gut Health is educational content based on published research and public community discussion, written in plain language. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. IBS, weight changes, stomach pain, food restriction, or ongoing symptoms should be discussed with a doctor, parent/guardian, registered dietitian, or qualified healthcare professional.
